Exhibitor move in begins on Thursday, November 5 at 8:00 AM
Exhibit hall opens on Thursday, November 7 with an opening reception at 6:00 PM
All exhibitors need to be set up in time for the Board of Directors walk through on Thursday, November 7 at 5:00 PM
Exhibitor teardown begins on Saturday, November 7 at 1:00 PM and should be completed by 6:00 PM. Please plan your travel accordingly, exhibitors who tear down early will be subject to penalty.
