Early Bird registration assists the PFA in effectively planning for meeting space, sleeping rooms and audiovisual. This benefit allows PFA to continue to offer low registration rates. Advanced registration takes place prior to October 23 and assists in planning food and beverage. On-site registration will begin on November 4 at 2:00 PM at Saddlebrook, the increased fee will assist in paying the administrative costs for offering this service. Please note, the early bird and advanced registration deadlines cannot be waived and will not be extended. Please register early and join us at Saddlebrook.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation/Refund/Substitution Policy: Cancellations must be received in writing to Kathie Niesen at k.niesen@pfabod.org. A processing fee of 25% will be charged for cancellations received by August 31, 2020. A 50% feel will be charged for cancellations received by September 6, 2020. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after September 6, 2020. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
There is no charge for substitutions. Eligibility requirements for member rates will apply.
